I know management issues because I was a manager and executive in corporate life for 25 years at prestigious companies including The New York Times, Random House, AT&T and Monster.com.
I worked in content management for decades, starting as a book editor, moving into magazines and multimedia, and jumping onto the Internet in the early days (1994).
Since 2002, I've focused on collaborating with C-level executives and subject matter experts, writing 16 books and untold numbers of articles, as well as designing content strategy for corporations and nonprofits.
Because I work with a select few clients, I give you personal attention and flexible scheduling. My partnership approach is a blend of curiosity and mutual learning; clients tell me my open-ended inquiry leads them to fresh approaches in communication and customer contact.
